Photoshop libraries have stopped working

I am experiencing an issue with Photoshop and my other Adobe apps.

My library function has stopped (does not sync) and I can no longer find any link between apps.

I have PS  26.10.0,  Fresco 5.7.0, and Creative cloud 6.7.0.278.  I am on a PC windows 11.

All have been unistalled and reinstalled as per the Adobe repair recommendations. (as well as cleaned per instructions)

Basically I had multiple items, such as brushes that were loaded into PS and they migrated as designed over to Fresco. I shut down three nights ago and when I returned the next day all were gone from Fresco, my PS library panel (as well as Fresco's) are non functioning.

Also, I can no longer impoprt brushes into Fresco. Either import or add from adobe.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Sorry to hear you’re running into trouble with Libraries. Could you please check if your files and assets are still available in your account here: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries

 

This will help confirm whether the content is intact in your library and just not syncing correctly with the apps. Please let us know what you find so we can guide you on the next steps.

I'd rather give you too much info rather than less, so here goes.

Please refer to my original post as well as my response to Srishti Bali for some of the things I've done so far.

I did what you asked with no luck, same issues.

In addition, I have removed all apps, and reinstalled my operating system (windows 11) just in case.

Cleaned, reinstalled Adobe Cloud desktop app and my others product apps. Still the same issues.

I wanted to note a couple of other things.

Even though I can not sync the libraries from the Adobe desktop app (it just cycles), when I go to the home area I can see my Libraries on the home page.

In Fresco no Libraries either, and I can not load any brushes. When I try to import from files I get an error message that says..."Adobe Fresco can not import any usable brushes out of the selected file." even though the files are tried and true for any other app (even PS).

Last but not least, Photoshop is have strange behavior (I've used PS for 20 + years) like not clearing functios like edit>rotate or scale after complting task (as well as other odd layer behaviors). Again, this is all very recent behavior.

Sorry for the rant but I'm at my wits end.

One more odd thing, when I open a file in Fresco, that file does migrate to and open in Photoshop.

Since my question seems to have gone silent after the typical IT type of requests...ie: have turned it on and off, or did you try signing in...?

Really, not much of an attempt at a solution.

After exhausting all I had, I did a complete uninstall of everything, even Windows until I had a complete new system. Finally getting this silly problem isolated to corrupt PS file that left errors in the operating system. Now with a new install of both PS and windows I seem to be working again.

Sorry I don't have anything better for others.
