Photoshop Materials samples

Is there a place that Photoshop material samples can be purchased without needing to subscribe.  Subscribing to a site is overkill for my usage, plus I don't like automatic renewal. I use PS for a hobby repairing photos and have no need to subscribe. Just a few samples occasionally would be great

Have a look at Photoshop Elements, it's a kind of Photoshop Light, it's available for a one-off payment of around $80.
