Photoshop mouse pointer and click doesn't work at times in Windows

Good afternoon

My Photoshop once solved this problem by disabling a tab, but after the update it showed again and I don't remember how I did it before. Sometimes when I'm editing a photo and I move with the fast cursor of the mouse, it just stays on the basic arrow (the symbol) and I can't click on any other function, it doesn't open any tabs or anything, I can only move the mouse or close the photo. Can anyone tell me how to solve it? Thanks.

Could you please share the version of Photoshop (Help > About Photoshop) and the version of Windows on your computer? Are you seeing this issue after the system update or application update? Did you try to re-plugin the mouse? 

Just to confirm, this issue happens with a mouse and not with a pen/Wacom?

 Please go to Preferences > Technology Previews and check Deactivate Native Canvas. Quit Photoshop, relaunch, and check if the issue persists.

If there's no change in the behavior, try resetting Photoshop preferences using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences.

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#BackupPhotoshoppreferences.
