Photoshop no longer creating three options when using generative fill or generative expand

Last week (Sunday, Jan 13,2024) generative fill and generative expand stopped creating 3 choices.  I now only get a single choice.

Earlier in the day it was working fine.

Has anyone else seen this?

I am using PS 25.3.1.

I see what was happening.   I didn't have the "variations" section in the properties panel open.  Somehow must have closed it.  All good now!

Hi, I have the same problem without the 3 options. What do you mean with "variations" in the properties panel? I am pretty new to PS ans would appreciate your help. Thanks

Could you please post screenshots taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Properties, Options Bar, …) visible?

What is the exact Photoshop version you are using?

Just imagine someone else happening on this thread in the future – the version may be significant, »just updated« not so much.
