Photoshop no longer displays image (just black rectangle where image should be).  Have latest driver for quadro 2200.  Image turns up in raw, but won't transfer to Photoshop.  Any suggestions?

Hi @Emmett29311936ty00 go to Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check "Disable Native Canvas" - disabling the entire GPU is not necessary.

Thank-you so much.  "Disable Native Canvas" worked.  Am I losing anything by ticking that box?

No. Its an optional setting.

Please try to disable the option to "Use Graphics Procesor" from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

If it helps, you can check out the steps suggested here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

If the issue persists, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

Preferences in Photoshop (adobe.com)

Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:

Migrate presets, actions, and settings (adobe.com)

Another try it to turning on the option »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop.

If this doesn't help we need more informations about your system.

Which operating system do you use?

Which version of Photoshop do you use?

Please post your Photoshop system info from the Help menu.

Is your system up-to-date? Check if there any patches and updates are available, especially for the graphic driver.

Can you post screenshot of entire window and content of Help > System Info?

General advice for all things weird is to try with prefernce reset, manual method to drag preferences on Desktop then to move them back if that does not help https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html
