Photoshop not opening properly

Hey everyone, my photoshop ver is starting to look like this. Any idea what the problem might be?

Thanks for reaching out. Which version of Photoshop and Windows are you using? Does the screen remain like this from launching the application? 

You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences.

Please back up your settings prior to resetting the preferences.
