I've just updated the photoshop to the new version 19.0

When I start the photoshop there's a new opening image, I find this image disturbing. I don't like it.

How do I change, remove or hide this?

Thanks

You can't remove it or change it. You can request a feature enhancement on this forum:

It just occurred to me that, while this splash screen image is bad enough for everybody - you all have no idea what it looks like on a wide gamut monitor. Or if you have one, you know all too well.

At least on Windows, where these things aren't color managed. Unfortunately there's no point in showing a screenshot, because the full horror of it is not reproducible on standard monitors. It's bad, trust me. I try to avert my eyes.
