Photoshop screen / viewer locked??

Hi, 

I seem to have pressed some buttons and cant undo something. 

My screen / image where im working on seems to have locked and I try and scroll up/down and it worn move. I have to change the view to actual size  / print size for the image to scroll up/down. But I still can only see a small narrow (horizontal) view of the image im working on. 

Im struggling to find what ive done to try and correct it. 

Could anyone please asssit me. Ive even tried restarting photoshop and with other images and it does the same thing.

We all need more informations about your PS Version, Operating System Version etc.

Is it only with Photoshop or also with other Tools?
