Photoshop se congela al abrir cualquier archivo

En dos dispositivos he intentado abrir un documento luego de actualizar el Photoshop´version 23.31, cualquier Documento que quiera abrir, png, jpg. psd, se bloquea y toca forzar a cerrarlo se congela y no deja usar

I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system. If you haven't done so already, please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html That will help us diagnose the crash. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

hice todo los pasos y sigo igual, hasta el documento es muy grande cuando pongo la capa con el tamaño correcto y cuando borro se tarda y hasta uha barra loading sale soy creadora de un juego y estoy atrasada jamas tuve lios con ´s

Sorry you are having freezing issues, Please try:

  • Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Multithreaded Compositing - and restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist? 

  • Go to Preferences > Performance... click Advanced Settings... and uncheck "GPU Compositing" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
