Photoshop shuts down when using the Liquify tool (Plastic Filter)

включаю фильтр пластика и фотошоп вообще отключается .

подскажите что делать?

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible? 
Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue? 

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far? 
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Sorry that Photoshop shuts down immediately when you use the Liquify tool(Plastic filter)

Which operating system and version of Photoshop are you using?

What happens if you uncheck the option "Use Graphics Processor" under the Preferences> Performance menu in Photoshop?
