Hello,
I am looking to buy photoshop for some graphic design work and photo editing. I am curious to know if there is a difference between the photoshop that comes with the photography bundle (includes light room etc) and just the single photoshop app package. The photography one is considerably cheaper, as its only $9.99 USD/month (and includes two more apps) where the single app is $20 USD/month or so.
Is there a difference between the two photoshop programs? Does the PS included in the photography package have less content? I am confused on why there is such a drastic price difference.
Thanks everyone,
Donovan

Photoshop is exactly the same software in all Cloud Plans. No difference.

It's a common question for newcomers to Adobe Cloud plans.
The simple answer is that the Photography Plan is a bargain at $9.99/month for PS+LR and is a no-brainer for most people.
The longer answer explaining the differences:
Differences between Photoshop and Creative Cloud Photography Programs
The price difference has its roots in the annual Black Friday sales drive.
Originally, all individual app plans were $20/month each.
Adobe later offered a Photography Plan, specifically for photographers, as a special Black Friday promotion with a few conditions. This offer was later made permanent. https://prodesigntools.com/creative-cloud-photography-plan.html
It seems to have tapped into a market which Adobe was previously not fully aware of and seems to be very popular although Adobe never releases figures on how many Cloud customers specifically have the Photography Plan.

Hi Donovan,
In addition, note that the monthly plan can be cancelled after a month. The Photography plan is annual and can be paid as a lump sum or monthly, but it is not a monthly plan.

If you are going to use the other apps it is best for you to do the entire bundle. It is ore cost effective.
