Hi @George Ledger check your firewall on the router and make sure Photoshop is listed in Windows Defender.
Are you using a VPN connection at all?
Did you verify these settings from the help page?
If you have Trend Micro antivirus version 15.0 or earlier installed and activated, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
I was advised to completely log out of Windows and clear cookies prior to logging back in. This seems to have worked, as I've managed to log back into Photoshop.
