Photoshop suddenly wont open. I get the error message - We can’t verify your subscription status.

Hi @George Ledger check your firewall on the router and make sure Photoshop is listed in Windows Defender.

Are you using a VPN connection at all?

Did you verify these settings from the help page?

If you have Trend Micro antivirus version 15.0 or earlier installed and activated, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  • Learn how to fix the issue by following the instructions provided.
  • If the problem persists, ensure TLS 1.2 is enabled on the Windows device.
  • If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat.

I was advised to completely log out of Windows and clear cookies prior to logging back in. This seems to have worked, as I've managed to log back into Photoshop.
