Photoshop Swatch Group --> How to save to "My Library"

I created a Swatch Group in the Swatches Panel.
How do I save that to "My Library"?

-- I tried dragging the group onto the open
-- The Swatches Panel Menu only offers Export which saves as an ACO

-- I saw one old video that had a "library icon" in the lower left corner of the swatches panel. My Version 25.9.0 does not have that.

-- I also created a new group in My Library. Therein is says "Drag and drop elemtns into this group" --- I tried dragging individual swatches. That worked, but when I selected multiple swatches (swatches highlighted with blue box") nothing happened.
--- Do I have to drag the swatches one at a time and rebuild/rename all my swatch groups there?

Just a flyer to see if this might work.

Create a PSD file with your colors as individual spot channels or solid color adjustment layers. Put that PSD file into your Library where it is accessible.

I think a while back this has come up and no solution to the issue did turn up; so the swatches may have to be added individually to the Library.

As for Preferences corruption manually deleting the files should not be necessary, see

I don't think they work that way.  Is there are reason you want a swatch group in a Library as opposed to in the swatches panel?  Is it to do with syncing presets which they phased out a while back?

Two reasons:
1) To use standardized colors across various Adobe apps

2) Because of the proclivity of PS to corrupt itself, and the only solution seemly to be delete EVERYTHING (including manual delete of %appdata% files). I was thinking a Library stored in the cloud would preserve project colors.
