photoshop - text alignment

I have a big problem with the version when I updated to the latest version of Photoshop 21.1.1 the alignment disappeared

Uninstall Photoshop first, change the language in the Adobe CC application to "English يدعم العربية", then download Photoshop again to have the Paragraph direction tools.
