Photoshop UI Interface not scaling correctly to the rest of the suite.

Hello!

All the sudden yesterday Photoshops UI scales differently than all the other apps in the suite.

I've tried changing the display resolution, restarting my mac, unistalling photoshop, deleting prefrences, changing the font size, the whole nine yards. It occurs both when connected to external monitors and on the main display. Any solutions?

Yes, I tried changing the UI font size, and toggling scale UI to font. I tried restarting the app afterwards. I also tried reinstalling and then changing the settings. They didn't do anything.
