Photoshop unblur/sharpen improvements...

New Here ,
Apr 05, 2025 Apr 05, 2025

Hello.

Due to work i am on of the luck ones, and get full adobe licence.

Have been uning Photoshop Pro 2025 for  about 6 mths, may as well take advntage, as do photoresturations on a face book forums for free. Seen this edit, and was in awe, would something like this be possible in photoshop. Any help, to improve my skills be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance...

In Photoshop you can start by applying a Vibrance adjustment layer (Image > Adjustments > Vibrance) and reducing the Vibrance balance. That should reduce the oversaturation in a way that might look better than reducing Saturation, but you can try reducing Saturation too.

Next you can try adding a Color Balance, Levels, or Curves adjustment layer to see if the photo color balance can be restored that way.

If that isn’t enough, you can try recoloring. There is a filter for that; choose Filter > Neural Filters and try the Colorize filter. You can also recolorize manually by painting on another layer and mixing it in with the original using a blending mode such as Color.

I wouldn't class that as a "restoration"... It's AI regeneration of the original scene.
