Why adobe stop support this virsion???

IWhy I can't install photoshop on my mac 😞 I cound't update it since it's too old.

Adobe, like Apple, provides support and updates for only the last three major versions of macOS, so the latest version (Photoshop 2024, or version 25) supports macOS 14 Sonoma, macOS 13 Ventura, and macOS 12 Monterey.

Mac OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan is several years too old for the latest version of Photoshop to run. What about an earlier version? Well, Adobe provides only the last two major versions of Photoshop for installation, and the earlier version (Photoshop 2023 or version 24) still requires a much newer version than Mac OS X 10.11.6. 

Apple and Adobe increase their system requirements usually one major version every year, as they each release new major versions.

If you look at the history of Photoshop system requirements, the last version of Photoshop that could be installed on Mac OS X 10.11.6 appears to be Photoshop 2018, or version 19. Of course, this is not one of the two most recent versions that the Adobe Creative Cloud app provides for installation, so Photoshop 2018 is not available. Which means, no versions of Photoshop are available to be installed on Mac OS X 10.11.6
