Photoshop won't draw on wacom cintiq 16

Its happening only in photoshop. I tried on Illustrator and Krita did not  happen.

When won't draw in video, tablet pressure work in wacom properties. I mean pressure never gone.

Are you Mac or PC? If Mac are you on- Catalina? Have you checked with Wacom on latest driver? Know that all these questions you prob. have checked out. I had issues with my Wacom after upgrading to Catalina- new driver helped in some aspects and the only way I can get all to function is to unplug the USB when I shut down and only plug in when I have started the computer. Weird but works on some level.

I m using windows. Probably problem is windows update i hope they fix it .

Updatte: I solved problem i uninstall lastest photoshop ver and i download 21.0.1 there is no problem there .
