Photoshops tutorial

I'm trying to find photoshop tutorials that were done by an Adobe employee, a woman wisth long staight blond hair. But I can't remember her name. Her own personal images tended to often be artistic nature monocromatic.

Does anyone know her name or links to her tutorials?
