PhotoShopWeb版に「手」を加えてほしい
「手」ツールが無いので、使いにくいこと使いにくいこと。改善を望みます。
@maxtaq are you sure? Hold the 'Space Bar' to get the Hand Tool. Your cursor will instantly change to a hand icon. Click and drag your mouse to move the canvas around. When you release the Spacebar, your previous tool will become active again.
