Phtoshop CC 2020 home screan not working

Hello i update to photoshop cc 2020 yesterday and now everytime i start it my home screen menu is not loading and not working 

it stays like this the entrire time and nothing is happenign how do i fix

Can you get files by using the File menu?

Yes i can open files trough File>Open

what viedo card are you using? Do you possibly have both a video card and the motherboard's on-board garphics active?

I am using:

rx 550

12gb ram

amd fx 6300

Hi. There will probably be two problems:

1. Have Photoshop installed without Creative Cloud Desktop
2. Photoshop may have corrupted or damaged files.

In my case, I did the first action, and it solved it for me perfectly. This is because, since the program belongs to the CC, it must necessarily synchronize its files, and that start is created especially for it.
