I am trying to place embedded jpg images into a photoshop document, they keep appearing very blurry,

What is the best way to get a great quality photo?

Thanks

If you are using Place make sure the documeny you are placing the images into  has a high print resolutuin and the image files you are placing have  the same high print resolution setting. Otherwise  Place will degrade your images  when it creates the smart object layer.

Hi,

Understanding how image resolution works and their variant forms, will help you a lot I think

Check out this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/using/image-size-resolution.html

I hope this helps.
