PLEASE FIX ARTBOARDS MOVING ISSUES
Everytime I try to move artboards they take forever to follow through and then end up nowhere near where I placed them. Artboards used to work pretty good but now....

Hey, @Todd Morgan. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > upload and attach here.
Does this happen with documents of all sizes? How many artboards do you usually work with?
Try this:
Go to Photoshop > Settings (CMD/CTRL + K) > Performance > Advanced Settings > Disable 'GPU Compositing' & restart Photoshop.
