Hi, everyone. As most of the time we deal with png images like we need to upload the png image of pickleball paddles for beginners on our website because we have already used a designed pattern in the background of our website. But when my designer provide me the png images of different products and I upload it on the website so its show white background underneath the image. So what can be the possible reason. Is my designer is not exporting the png image rightly? or it is the issue with the website?

Without seeing the file, I would guess the png was not saved with transparency. Double check with your designer.
