I know that when you open new document in photoshop you have a few suggestions of smartphones screen sizes but iPhone 13 Pro max doesn't. Why did Adobe didn't did the new iPhones screens sizes? Thank you for the answer!

I can't answer the "why", but if you want to put in a feature request to the Adobe developers, you can start a new thread in this forum. Tag it as "Ideas" instead of "Discussions".

If the specific phone is not listed as an option for new documents why not look up the screen's pixel size and enter it manually?

I hope this helps
