Preview not loading on many Photoshop filters

I'm having an issue where, when I apply a Photoshop Filter for example Adobe Raw, the preview  field get stuck with many squares repeating the same image as a collage, also when using content aware fill more than 2 times in the same image, my computer freezes in 2019 version of adobe photoshop any suggestions how to fix this?

Hardware Nvidia 1070, 32 gb ram I7 7th gen

Hi

In Photoshop go to Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw and uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" also in Photoshop preferences > performance enable "Legacy Compositing" and restart Photoshop
