Printing a photo without margins.

in CS6 i obtain prints with about 4mm of white edge all around the photo, while in the software i have no border. the sizes are correct

Your printer might not be able to print without a border. Check your printer's instructions to see if it's possible. If so, there should be a checkbox to allow borderless prints in the print settings dialog box.
