Problem in moving image inside document

When I open new document and place image with white frame, after placing the image and selecting "Move" when I move the image I cannot see the image borders

IMHO you need to activate Show Transform Controls Option from Option Bar (on the top of your workspace).

To be clear: you can move it, but you don't see the white border against the white background?

Just put a temporary adjustment layer over the background.
