Hi there Community,
I used Photoshop Extended (Version 13.) for years on my MacBook Air (2017)/High Sierra (10.13.6). I had to clean and set up my MacBook Air recently and now wanted to re-install Photoshop Extended. It is listet in my Adobe Account and I can download the .dmg file from there. But when I click on Install it tells me that it is not possible to initialize the installation programm and that there might be files missing. Now I don't know what to do. Anyone has an idea what could help?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Doro

(edited) Hi, Mac Os High Sierra does not yet mandate 64 bits apps https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208436 , and IIRC, the installer for Ps 13 might still be a 32 bits one, so it is still supposed to work, that said, the recommended version is higher: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-and-macoshighsierra.html

Thank you PeCourtejoie. I had Mac Os Majove installed, but downgraded back to High Sierra because I thought that was causing the issue. What puzzles me is that I did use this PS version on this computer with High Sierra for years. But I can't re-install it now 😞
