Hello, trust you are having a great day?
Please, my Adobe PS has been striking up issues with its display for some time now. I have tried multiple means - using the 'Ctrl + Alt + Shift' keys upon launch, adjusting my graphics card options, and more - to resolve it but to no avail. I have attached to this post, what the display currently looks like; When I fire it up (PS 001) and after about 10 secs (PS 002)
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi. Can you please provide some more specifications of the system you're using? This behavior is highly unsual.
Also, can you tell us if there was an update or something, that started this "for some time now" - and about how long ago was that? Thanks.

Hi, thanks for responding.
My system's specifications are as follows;
- Lenovo W550s - Windows 10
- 1Gb video graphics card
- 500Gb SSD Hard disk
- Corel i7-5500 CPU @2.40GHz
I had a windows update last year, about April, to Windows 10 (Version 1903)
Thanks, should there be any further queries I'd need to answer, I'm ready to answer them.
Again, thank you!

Which version of Photoshop – the latest version is 22.3.0?
Have you tried unticking "Use Graphics Processor", which you can find under the Performance tab in Photoshop preferences?

Hi Derek,
Thank you for coming up.
I am currently running on Adobe PhotoShop 21.1.1.
Yes, I have tried unticking "Use Graphics Processor", still no good.
Sometimes, I can't even see the menu tabs above, as shown in my earlier attachments.
I'd appreciate if we could schedule a zoom meeting or something and you can help resolve this.

Some suggestions:
– Try upgrading to PS 22.3.0 (you can keep the earlier version as well).
– How much RAM do you have?
– Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences?
– I suggest you also get your video card tested.

Will see to the upgrade.
I currently use 16GB Ram
Will see to adjusting that preferences as well.
Noted.
Thank you, Derek.
