Problem while saving gif :(

After rendering a project in Ae, I open in photoshop, I go to save to the web and when I click save the following error appears:

I already tried to change the resolution and it did not work, !and I'm also having problems with the media encoder, when I save the gif over there the background gets grainy, and I also can not save with transparent background.
