Problem with hiding extras

I can't definite what is that option, and the article dont help me - https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/using/show-or-hide-non-printing.html

ctr+h turn off this for a moment before I flip the canvas. I switch off all the options in "show Extra options" but that didn't work either..

Can sameone tell me what is that point? I really can't find this on my own.

It's the Color Sample Tool, to clear it just click on Clear All
