Problem with tools post install of PS 27.0.0

I'm having problems with several tools, prinicipally Remove Tool after installing 27.0.0. When attempting to use error signal states "programme error". Tried reverting back to last 26 version and had to go to version proir to this before tools workedproperly. Any solutions without not installing further updates?

Many thanks. I had already looked at Preferences but could find nothing
which would change the situation. I have since spoken to Adobe who tested
the system and declared that the fault lay with the GPU which could not
deal with upgrade to 27.0.0.
I have managed to get the basics of the Remove Tool but it still will not
act on the "Distractions" ie I can apply the tool to remove individual
persons but when using the tool under distractions, it does select all
individuals but cannot cope with the removal. All was working well before
upgrading from 26.10.0 and I don't know what has changed to this tool since
then. Also, this is a 2-month old Dell laptop which should have the latest
GPU fitted.

@nicholw27772557  Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

In the meantime check your system if it's up-to-date. Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.

Most of the modern Notebooks have buldin a CPU with an internal graphic processor. The internal GPU can sometimes caused several issues. Try to disable the processor internal graphic card.

Open the Windows Device Manager, right-click the card's name ("Intel(R) UHD Graphics") and choose Disable.

You're graphic device driver is outdated. There's a new version available.

Downlaod and instll the new version. Then check.

I'm having a different problem after installing version 27.0.0, and I solved it by closing Adobe Bridge... if you use Bridge, give it a try, just in case.

(When I try to render a video with Photoshop and Bridge open, Photoshop crashes; I have to close both and then just open Photoshop.)
