Hi,

I have acquired a new external hard drive (called "T7" on the screenshot), it works perfectly on my mac, but, once on photoshop, I would like to use it as a working drive, but it doesn't appear there, would you have a solution please?

Thanks in advance!
(I made my translation via deepl, I hope my explanation will be clear enough)

ExFAT is likely the problem. See "Saving doesn't complete when saving to an exFAT formatted drive": https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-and-macos-catalina.html

If you get info on the drive from the finder, what does it show in this section? How is the drive attached to the computer. Via USB? Or is it a network drive?
