problema photoshop

Good morning everyone, for a few days now I have Photoshop 24 (I can't update it because I have a 2019 iMac and it no longer supports updates). The problem is that I get this message: I'm attaching a photo, could you help me? Thanks.

• What version of macOS are you currently using?

• What is the exact version of Photoshop you have installed (you mentioned 24 — do you know the full version number)?

• Was Photoshop installed recently, or have you been using it for a while without issues?

• Are you seeing this error message when launching Photoshop, or does it appear while using a specific tool or feature?
