Problemas con el texto

I have updated photoshop and when trying to make a text the letter is very small. Even increasing the font size to the limit it is still small. This had never happened to me before and I still don't have much knowledge of photoshop. If anyone knows how to fix it I would be very grateful.

He actualizado photoshop y al tratar de hacer un texto la letra es muy pequeña. Incluso aumentando el tamaño de la letra al limite sigue siendo pequeña. Esto no me habia pasado antes y aun no tengo mucho manejo de photoshop. Si alguien sabe como solucionarlo estaria muy agradecido.

Can you post some screenshot with problem and Layers panel visible? Press Ctrl/Cmd + 1 before taking screenshot.

 This is how it looks, I use a default photoshop image.

On second screenshot you are viewing at 3% magnification level, from what I can see. Press Ctrl/Cmd +  1 then judge text size at 100% viewing magnification.

And by the way, this is not default image size (dimensions). This is huuuge.

Perhaps your resolution is extremely small. Go to the Image menu and choose Image Size. What is the Width, Height and Resolution?

Image menu we are talking about is available in Photoshop.
