Problems with Adobe Photoshop

My Photoshop is as good as dead!

Most of the critical shortcuts and tools are not working.

Alt key for many functions not working

ALT+backspace (for simple fill)

Alt key to pick a color not working

Alt key to clone stamp is not working

How does one function?

Please advise.

What exact version of Photoshop and operating system are you using, have you tried resetting your Photoshop preferences
