Problems with the saving date of files

Since some weeks I have problems with LR and PS with the saving date of the files. Each file has the date 01.01.2000. Windows system time is correct. Other software like Word, Excel etc. saves the files with the correct date only LR and PS doesn't do that anymore.

Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

Addendum: When creating folders under Windows, they always have the creation date 01.01.2000.

I do not use lightroom and I use windows. Windows file system records several dates associated to a file. Creation date, Last modifieds date and other dates are in metadate like Camera date image was taken. Which OS are you usine and which date are you referring too.

Here Date Created all seem wrong. However, that may actuallu be correct the files may not be the orignal these files may be copies of files and the copy newer date is actually the date the copies were made. Date and Date taken seem to be the same.
