Program error while trying to print

I am trying to print a file, when i click > File > Print a window appears that says the following. 

'Could not complete your request because of a program error'

Hey, @Jessica38623727fuda. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more specific info about this, and I'll help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here. 

I've moved the post to Discussions for now. Before troubleshooting, update the macOS via settings & Photoshop to the latest version via the Creative Cloud desktop app & check if the issue exists.

If it does, press & hold the Space key on the keyboard & go to File > Print to reset the Print dialogue in Photoshop.
