Program Error

Hi,

In the last days, the amaizing product. called PHOTOSHOP, stop to work well, i don't know what you are doing to this application, but it drive me nuts, every single time when i want to make a project, with artboards, the applications suddenly crash, big memmory ram eating. What are doing there guys with this application, really, i pay every month to have this errors? Really?

Which version of Photoshop and OS?
How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried trashing the Photoshop preferences?

Photoshop is a powerful application and needs a powerful computer, when we get these kinds of problems on the forum is almost always a system issue.

When things stop working..... I take the following steps.

1. Make sure that my Creative Cloud Apps are all up to date.
2. Check the drivers on my tablets to see if they are up to date.
3. Unplug all devices and replug them in.

4. Check to see if my computer has an update.  Usually, that is what solves it.

If the problem persists then it could be something else.  But usually, these four steps tend to solve all issues.
