PS 2021 can’t load cloud documents

Photoshop 2021 keeps saying "can't load cloud documents" I have shut down the app, creative cloud, the computer, still keeps happening. I cannot find any answers online on how to slove this. Please help.

Hi,

Can you also post your system info log (Help> System Info...)? Also if you go to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents with the same account signed in, what is showing?

I don't know what system info log log is.
if I go to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents I see all my files
but as soon as I open them in photoshop and then try to save them I am
disconnected to the cloud and get this window.

I am also having this problem. On a Surface Pro. Has worked on this computer for weeks, until today!

I can see my files when I look under Creative Cloud, but when I open Photoshop, my files flash on and off, then message

that "Can't load Cloud Documents"

I have de-installed Photoshop, restarted my computer, then re-downloaded/installed Photoshop twice, but always with the same result. Wondering if I should specify Do not save preferences....?

Help? So frustrating.

I am having the same problem, did everything. I did create the log, and I got an email from Adobe that it has been logged. Love that they reply to call Adobe customer care. you know what would be helpful, some information in that email of how to contact them. Now I have to look for that.

Getting frustrated.

We're sorry about the trouble. Are you still experiencing the issue with Photoshop? If yes, would you mind checking if the Creative Cloud desktop app is up to date? You can go to the Help menu in the Creative Cloud desktop app & select the option to Check for updates.

I had done that several times when I was having the problem, and it didn't help. I just did it again. I am not having the trouble as much as I did. If I leave Photoshop open for any length of time I will have the problem, but it is not constant like it was before I deleted the CoreSyn Folder.
