The foreground background color dynamics to paint from one to another with pressure only seems to be working only half the time or not at all with the bg color only working on pen liftoff.
I either get just the foreground or just the background on the initial stroke, I've played with all the settings it's not me.
On both machines and with huion and wacom tested

@adamt18510785 have you tried resetting the Photoshop Preferences? This may seem maybe too simple enough, but by resetting the Photoshop preferences which stores all your custom settings, including brush behaviors. Sometimes, these preferences can become corrupted, leading to unexpected issues like the one you're experiencing. Resetting them essentially gives Photoshop a fresh start, potentially resolving the conflict.

Working fine here also in v26.3, Windows 11 (24H2), Wacom Intuos Pro (driver 6.3.42-2)
Make sure your pen pressure, in your pen driver (Tip Feel in the Wacom), is varying evenly and not set at one extreme or the other.
Please show your color dynamics settings in the Brush settings panel
