PS CC 2015 and Imagenomic Portraiture aren't meshing.

Says its not available and won't open it up in actions.  Any help is appreciated.

    Hi, in a panic i reinstalled - it still didn;t work, but then form a tip elsewhere i went into the adobe>ps folder, and MOVED the portraiture folder into the 'plug-ins' folder, and it worked. It could be worth looking to see if it is already there, or still in the plug in folder left behind in pscc2014 folder. and then copy it across.
    Frustrating that when must be a mjor prob isn;t being addressed more quickly on both Adobe and the 3rd party's sites!

    I am using Photoshop CC 2015 and installing Imagenomic Portraiture 2.3, other functions are no problem, I still can use, but the display becomes like this:

    I do not have this program, but I can tell you this... I had pse forever and didn’t want to change because 1) I was use to it and 2) I had spent tons of money in actions. Well here is why I don’t use it anymore. My husband upgraded  our windows to 10 and it says it is not compatible anymore. I just seen your photo and that is what my pse was doing. Hope you got your problem fixed. I really want this program but can’t afford it. I can get a new 2015 one for much cheaper, but scared it will not work with PS CC 2017. Let me know if you get any answers. Good luck!!

    I had Adobe tech support landesk in (or whatever it's called) where they remotely accessed and he copied the file into my 2015 folder and it worked .... UNTIL I exited out of PS and restarted my computer. Now it ACTS like it's working. In the preview, you can see what it will look like, but when you click OK, NOTHING happens. You can't see any difference in actuality.  So .... again, the box opens, I can see the before and after .... but the after just never comes to fruition.  The tech guy said that the it's NOT compatible with 2015 Photoshop and need the updated plugin...which apparently doesn't exist yet.  Just great.

    I was having the same issue, but now it works. Follow the EXACT instructions here and you should be golden.

    CC 2015 El Capitan 10.11.1, import from folder doesn't help.

    Quick update. Confirmed now on two comps. Just copy the plug-ins folder from CC2014 to CC2015. Portraiture and NIK work fine this way. :-)

    You'll want to check with imagenomic for an update to the plug-in for CC 2015.
