PS displaying only bold variation of font Mechanic

Recently needed to download and install this font: https://www.fontzillion.com/fonts/cannot-into-space-fonts/mechanical

It works fine everywhere outside of Photoshop. Photoshop can only see Bold variation. See on the image:

I did try the troublshooting steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-fonts-photoshop.html

No change.
FontTest tool also said all fonts passed, but then again it only found the bold variation. (Log attached)
Tried older version of Photoshop also from 2019, same issue.

Photoshop version 22.11.
Windows 10 Pro x64 (20H2 / build 19042.746)
