Hi,
PS got stuck after a few actions no matter what I do, it's like a time limit a very short time limit to do what I need. To be short I took more than two hours until now just to insert a business card design on a mock up front and back because PS got stuck before. suddenly wherever I click nothing happens and I have to force closing it. I guess the guilty is the video driver that I will change next week meanwhile I need to use it for work and I wanted to ask what are the settings I can use to work in my case ? Already turned off Enabling OpenGL but nothing changed. I'm working on CC 2017 on Win 7. Thank you so much

Actions, Scripts, normal operation, any at all randomly hangs? Have you tried resetting all tools and your Photoshop Preferences.
I have an old machine Windows 10 with a quadro 4000 display adapter all is up to date I have CS6, CC 2014 and CC 208 19.1.6 installed. CC 2018 randomly crashes on my machine but may run for a days without CC 2018 crashing.

If you created brushes actions presets etc and save them properly they should still be in Photoshop. You may need redo some of the changes you made to Adobe default Preferences settings. Load action sets you loaded Make sure you save any action sets you added and any of Adobe the you edited and added actions too, You should always save action set you modify and those you create. If you do not save you will lose them if Photoshop is reset.

So to recap I could lost action sets I created but it seems brushes and gradients are safe since I didn't see you talked about them. Correct if I'm wrong.

To recap If you edit actions and create actions sets if you do not save the actions you stand a chance of loosing them. If you do not save what you edit you stand a good chance of loosing them. You should always save what you edit so you will not lose them. You should always save anything you do not want to lose actions brushes image whatever. Many Photoshop users lose things like actions for they forget to save them or do not know the should save them....

Luckily now it seems works, not as previously but at least it doesn't stuck.
Thanks for your help !
