Ps on the web - glaring oversight?

It doesn't appear that, aside from the Camera Raw panel, that Ps on the web has a sharpening function. 

Is it just me who thinks this is a glaring omission? 

It also doesn't appear that Grading is available in the web version of Camera Raw. 

Another big oversight?
