Hi,

I am facing an issue with the photoshop.  I am creating mockups from the purchased photos. I didnt have a problem with them till yesterday. But when I tried later to create some more, it didnot work.

When I open the .psb file, it is showing completely black screen. And I was unable to make the required changes to the file. I dont know where did I go wrong. pls help.

Though I open the previously edited file and opened the .psb file, its the same case. The psb file is not visible.

pls help. I need to work on those mockups.

I could open the file but cannot see the image. Though the layers are visible, the image is not visible. Did I click on anything that would turn off the screen?  pls help.

Is your graphic card up to date? If yes,

have you tried resetting photoshop preferences settings?
