PTS Icons Not Showing on thumbnail of the psd files. (white icon) on desktop or windows exploer

I see a white icon instead of the photoshop icon on the thumbnails of psd files (on desktop or in windows explorer)
I use windows 10 pro and photoshop version 24.4
Is there any way to solve this problem?

Solved - I update PSD codec to v1.7 and this problem was solved.
