This links to a tutorial on transformations:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWHN--thboI&ab_channel=EthanDray It's probably several years old, and I don't know what version of PS he's using. If you go to the video at 1:55, you will see him scale a round object, grab a handle, and rotate the object (basically, flatten it) on the X-axis and then on the Y-axis. If I try the same, all I can do is make the object larger or smaller (it is, after all, SCALE), but I can't rotate it around an axis. (Note: rotate around an axis not just the normal rotate function). It would be convenient to be able to perform that maneuver. I notice there is a circle around his cursor arrow when he moves the handle. Not so with mine. Can anyone tell me how to duplicate what he does in that video?

Hi @Doc_Pit hover on a corner when transforming to get the rotate symbol then click and rotate.

Kevin, thanks for the response. The rotate symbol enables rotation clockwise or counter-clockwise. If you look at that tutorial, he is able to rotate the object around the X and Y axes. It's like looking at a dinner plate full frontal, than rotating it so that you are looking at its edge.

Hi @Doc_Pit 3D support ended with Photoshop 22.2. That functionality (and this tutorial) are now deprecated.
