Quick Export to JPG not capturing all layers

I have a drawing consisting of many layers. When I save to a JPG file using Quick Export to JPG, not all of the layers get incorporated into the image. However, if I do a Save As... and choose JPG, the save works fine. Any ideas?

Are you stating your Save As gives you a layered JPG -- that's not possible.

No, saving a multi-layered PSD file as a flattened JPG. The JPG exported using File > Export > Quick Export as JPG does not look the same as the JPG exported using File > Save As... a JPG because the Quick Export is not including some layers in the flattened image. Here's the two outputs. Note the shading on the top and bottom of the water tower. The Quick Export version is incorrect; the Save As version is correct.

I AM HAVING EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM. ALL LAYERS ARE VISIBLE QUICK EXPORT AS JPEG - NOT EXPLORING ENTIRE DOCUMENT.  IF I Save As jpeg then it will save it , otherwise, not seving everything. Were you able to figure this out, or does quick export not work.  this is a simple mock up 4 layer file - nothing fancy.

Even when I flatten the image and save or quick export as a jpg it is not saving the entire image - see items below where image has one layer and jpg export does not export the image correctly.  it still works correctly in PS 23 but not in PS 25.0 Not exactly sure how to get a jpg of an entire image saved at this point.

Even the flattened image won't export correct or save correctly as a png.  Never have had this problem before.

What exact command are you using there is only a file >> export quick export to png?

If the layers are hidden they will not export, without a screenshot showing your layers and result, we really can't help you any better.

Please see my response to the previous comment. Also, here is a screen shot from PS. There were too many layers to see them all in the image, but you can see how the tower drawing looks while editing and see that it matches the Save As version above rather than the Quick Export version.

Hello, how is the shading done, a style, a texture, or painted?

It's a combination of gradient overlays and adjustment layers. I have tried going through the layers and turning off these adjustments one by one to see if I could duplicate the Quick Export look, but I couldn't. It more like the gradient overlay for the top and bottom in the Quick Export is shifted to the left more than it should be. You can see that the brightest part in the QE is further left than in the Save As version.
